In reply to your question,I would like to say I used to smoke heavily in the past. But I have given up this bad habit and enjoying a happy and healthy life.
To stop smoking is not so difficult. All one needs is strong will power. If one is determined enough, one can easily get rid of this harmful habit.
Warning on the cigarrete packets often reminds the smoker that with every puff of a cigarette , he/she is nearing death.So it is not wise to overlook all the advice given by the senior or doctors.
Make it a vow that you won't smoke a single fag from tomorrow.
