For example; I'm a student of the English course and I have to give instalment for my new registration but nobady interested with me. Should I say;

- Excuse me, can I do a payment?

- Excuse me, I want to pay my instalment.

Could you give me any advise about my English?

I want to pay my course fees.
I would like to pay my course fees.
I want to pay my fees for this course.
I want to make a payment.
I'd like to make a payment.
