I am Chinese graduate and want to improve my English now, because I will study abroad soon. So I must have a good command of English. Well i find most of the people able to speak and write English but only very few had a proper knowledge of grammatical capsules in English.

I still find many big celebrities were using rash grammar and underrated vocabulary while speaking to the public or in interviews.

There must be a big unmatched situation regarding the proper concepts of grammar.
